Knowledge / Skillset :
- The candidate must have strong knowledge on ERP modules like Record-to-Report, Design-to-Build, Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Fixed Asset Management and Inventory Management.
- The candidate must have strong knowledge in NetSuite/ERP Functional customizations of NetSuite ERP modules.
- The candidate must have exposure in creating KPI's, Dashboards, Reports, Suite Flows, Saved Searches, Roles, Custom Forms and Custom Fields.
- Ability to train super users, end users on how to effectively use NetSuite/ERP system.
- Experience in customization of NetSuite to provide total solutions to clients.
- The candidate must be able to conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with customer business process owners.
- The candidate must be able to map gathered requirements to appropriate ERP processes, performing setups on the system as required.
- The candidate must be able to prepare Business Requirements and Functional Scoping Documents resulting from mapping sessions to present proposed solutions for customer approval.
- The candidate must be able to evaluate data integrity for data migration, cleanse data, perform data loads and understand the different entities which need to be migrated into ERP.
- The candidate must be able to provide support to resolve production issues and to optimize user adoption, NetSuite configuration.
- Strong presentation skills.
- High focus on customer service and is passionate about ensuring the customer requirements are met on time with a high standard.
- Good knowledge in creation of custom forms, fields, saved searches, Reports, Suite flow, Advance PDF templates design, Email templates design.
- Good Exposure in Import /Export CSV files. Solution Design for customizations, workflows & reports.
- Engage in go-live of projects and L1/L2 support both on-site and off-shore. Support aspects include assistance in preparing financials, provision of resolution for support cases and product handling clarifications.
- Ensure collaborative and proactive approach on improving quality, aligning best practices and standards
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate or post graduate level qualification with commerce or business related subject preferred.
Experience:
- The candidate must have played the role of customer facing/lead consultant for at least 2-3 end-to-end ERP implementation projects in any of Microsoft / Oracle / SAP products.
- The candidate having 3-5 years of Oracle NetSuite project either as a implementation project or support projects will be an advantage
- The candidate must possess excellent communication, analytical skills and must be able to speak with confidence, maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Prior work experience in the accounting, finance field and knowledge of general accounting principles is an added advantage.
