Job Description
Experience in ECC, BW, PI, EP, CRM, BO, OpenText
Experience database of Sybase, HANA.
Must have experience on LINUX, Windows platform.
SAP Security: - Users && role administration, Audit data compliance, performing monthly
quarterly access reviews and coordinating with the auditors.
SAP Solution Manager: - Installation and configuration, generating && analyzing EWA reports,
performing technical monitoring of satellite systems.
SAP BASIS routine tasks:-
1.Performance Analysis && Tuning: - Troubleshooting performance issues with ABAP,
JAVA and/or Database.
2.Should be able to perform SAP system copies for ABAP and Java based systems .
3.Experience of Administration tasks like, system health checks, spool administration,
analyzing dumps, RFCs, Queue administration, SAP OSS && analyzing System logs.
4.Familiarity with SAP Router, NetWeaver Gateway, PI.
5.Experience of Client Administration, STMS configuration and transport management.
6.Experience in applying Support Packages, Snotes, Creating RFC connection and Trusted
connection.
7.Performing the installation, upgrade and support of all components of the SAP
Infrastructure with limited support and timeframe.
8.Experience in BO/ BI administration
Good to have Skills:
1.Knowledge on OS cluster configuration && system replication.
Role Expectations:
1.Perform day-to-day Basis activities including:
2.Transport Requests management
3.Daily health checks and/or monitoring
4.You should be able to work as an independent team member, capable of applying
judgment to plan and execute your tasks.
5.Excellent coordination skills necessary with other functional, technical consultants,
offshore.
6.Should have experience in working in Production support environment - time bound
(SLA based) incident resolutions.
7.Should be available for 24*7 support. Project might not be a 24X7 but availability.
8.Good verbal && written communication skills.
9.Willing to stretch beyond shift hours to fulfill deliverables
