Job Description
The primary objective of this role would sales target achievement and effective team management. The candidate is expected to demonstrate excellent salesmanship and team leadership
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The incumbent in this role shall be responsible to manage and achieve Sales Targets through a team of Insurance Advisors
- Would be responsible for Insurance Advisor recruitment, onboarding & training on various product offerings of the organization
- Review Performance of the team members, plan and drive productivity improvement interventions
- Ensure Advisors are actively contributing to the Business Growth on a Month on Month basis
- Ensure to comply with the processes and procedures as per the organizational guidelines
Candidate Specification:
- Graduate in any stream with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Frontline Sales is mandatory
- Experience in Life Insurance Sales is mandatory
- Good understanding of AML, Anti-fraud policy is mandatory
- Candidate should possess good communication, networking, negotiation and objection handling abilities
- Knowledge of the local geography is mandatory
- Possessing two wheeler is a must
Compensation: Fixed Compensation + Incentives
Other perquisite like International trips and Gift vouchers would be based on the Contests prevailing from time to time and is subject to qualifying all the norms and guidelines
