Job Description

Handling Sales Team of the said location.
Earlier experience in Micro housing would be an added advantage.
Achieving Micro Housing targets by making the team productive in all aspects of business.
Conducting Training, mentoring the Relationship Managers, CBE and branch staff
Responsibility includes maintaining good relationship with Retail
customers, builders, associations, nodal agencies and government bodies to generate business in line with the banks requirement.
Cross selling all other retail banking products and insurance
Meeting builders/associations for tie ups for housing loans and mortgage loans
