Job Description


POSITION: Manager -Two Wheler Sales


Locations: Jodhpur ,KOta ,Udaipur ,Bhilwara ,Bikaner, Chittorgarg, Nagaur


Experience: Must have more than 7 year of experience in two wheeler segment with Team Handling Experience


BUSINESS TARGET Ensure that budgeted volumes of all products are achieved location wise

COLLECTION MONITORING Reduce over dues in DL 1 to 50% SIZE DL 2 Collection efficiency should be a minimum of 75% of opening balance every month for each location Regular visit of NPA Contract Meet collections targets on late delinquency via contractual collection team ( CLAs )


CUSTOMER & DEARLER SERVICE To provide timely service to the customer, and ensure proper communication of terms of finance and generate leads and able to maintain healthy relationship with dealers


DEVIATION CASES To Maximize recovery of Deviation Cases & Loss on Sale of RP Vehicles


PROVISION Monitor & Maintain Provision Levels to protect contracted yield in Portfolio (IRR)


COST CONTROL Monitor & Maintain administrative Overheads to Budgeted Levels


ADMINISTRATION OF CREDIT Administration of credit to build a healthy portfolio LIQUIDATION OF REPOSSION STOCK Ensure that all RP assets are disposed within 45 days from RP date & ability manage the Yard


APD COLLECTION APD - Collection of Invoice, Insurance and RC copy to be made as per policy.


CHANNEL MANAGEMENT Achieve new finance volume and other products target by managing various relationships assigned, including, authorized dealers of automobile manufacturers & Follow-up with customers for their overdue amounts, while adhering to internal and External guidelines on code of conduct (COC) are maintained at all times


SOURCING BUSINESS Identify and develop new relationships for generating business through dealers visit and channels on a regular basis & source a deal from channel/direct & cross selling of insurance & other products to the customer.


MANAGEMENT OF TEAM Ensure recruitment, development and grooming of sales & collection teams based out in different areas Ability to handle the IMFS , CLA & MA team and managing there productivity


BRANCH ADMINISTRATION Ability to manage the office administration and legal matters


PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES Drive promotional activities by Partnering with Dealers and shooting the schemes in the market as per the demand DUE DILIGENCE Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, processes and other regulatory requirements while conducting sales


EXTERNAL INTERACTION Dealer, Customer, Valuer, RTO Agent
