JOB TITLE- Business Development Executive
ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Nursing Next Live App who will be responsible for bringing out business in terms of getting students to download our app and convert them into paid subscribers. You will be responsible for building relations with students, counsel and guide them by telling the features of the app and how our applications will help them achieve their target in an efficient way.
This is an entry level role with a chance to grow in the field of Sales and Marketing. This is a role which gives you in hand experience to understand customer relations, customer engagement and market perspective with respect to the industry and growth.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acquiring sales by talking to the students by counseling and guiding them the right pack for the student.
- Converting the leads into sales by convincing them to buy the packages.
- Time to time follow up with the students for their requirement and status of the sales.
- Acquiring up to date knowledge related to applications packs, new launches and updates.
- Conveying information through calls, SMS, and other platforms and change lead into subscriber
- Making report on Excel
- Send mails to subscribers and to internal teams to provide information and updates
- Create strong, meaningful, and long-lasting relationships with the customer.
- Achieving realistic targets every month.
Competencies:
- The candidate must me enthusiast and have zeal to learn and grow in the company in the near future.
- Must have a calling background, or having interest in calling job, candidates from health and insurance sector will be preferred.
- Should have strong command over primarily on English and Hindi language and should have strong command secondary on native language (Gujrati, Punjabi and Bengali).
- Should be smart enough to convince the students and deliver information correctly.
- Must be customer-service orientated, demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease.
- Be self-motivated and proactive, have critical attention to detail.
- Be able to prioritize and meet deadlines, achieve the given targets, and should have target-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in Sales as well handling of CRM software would be preferable.
Qualification:
- Must have a Bachelors degree.
- Should be comfortable in flexible working hours and work during holidays.
- Knowledge of MSOffice tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
LOCATION:
Delhi, Patparganj Industrial Area.
Compensation: 15- 20k per month + good incentives +Medical Insurance + PF+ESIC
