Early joiners only Job brief We are looking for a Digital Marketing/Campaign execution/Ad Ops Analyst to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Additionally, perform media buying negotiations to buy best advertising inventory. Responsibilities Google Ads: oPlan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Facebook ad campaigns oSetting up paid search campaigns by conducting target keyword research & writing relevant ad texts, whilst ensuring effective campaign and keyword structure oResearching & creating targeted keywords and write compelling ad text oManaging &optimizing campaigns using a combination of bid and budget management, structural, keywords and ad text optimization Facebook Ads: oSetup Facebook campaigns across various objectives like Awareness, traffic, conversions oDo thorough research about audience and implementfocused targeting for Facebook campaigns (Demographics, Interest, Behavior) oPerform remarketing and lookalike audience targeting oImplement proper Facebook pixel tags and conversion tracking Media Buying: oNegotiate and buy advertising inventory for clients oEnsure that ads reach target audiences through high-quality channels at the lowest possible prices oCompare and negotiate rates, ad space and airtime oOptimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix General Skillset oProviding analysis and making recommendations to improve campaign performance oWorking with and providing weekly status updates as part of the team oIdentify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights oBrainstorm new and creative growth strategies oPlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
