JD: US IT Recruiter (Chennai & Trichy)

Position: JR/SR/Lead /US IT Recruiter
Qualification: Any graduate or post graduate
Timings: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (India time) (Monday to Friday). EST Sat & Sun are fixed off.
Salary: Market based + Recurrent Incentives (Highest among Industry)
Work: WFO & WFH (Women Employees Only) available

Job & responsibilities: -
A Versatile Recruiter and Technical oriented mind with 1 to 10 years experience on US Recruitment giving the best solution to the client as well as to the consultant.
*Should have experience in US Staffing before.
*Excellent Communication Skills & Writing skills
*Hands on experience working in US Staffing as a Recruiter
*Dynamic and result-oriented individual.
*Excellent relationship management skills to develop successful networks within senior management, staffing teams and HR Partners.
*Expertise in sourcing/ Tracking through Job Boards, social media, Networking, Referrals and LinkedIn groups/ Projects.
*Efficient in handling bulk requirements with direct clients and implementation partners.
*Proficient in using online tools(Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder etc.)and social networking websites like LinkedIn, Facebook for searching candidates.
*Working experience withW2, 1099 and Corp2corpCandidates.
*Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
