We are looking for Tech SavvyProfessionals to serve as :-

Customer Service Representatives

We'd love to meet, someone with:-

Candidates which speak clear and grammatically correct English
Able to converse freely and need to have a clear thought process and not restrict to being scripted
Need to be conversational as it's a dynamic process and not scripted
Able to articulate their thoughts or have a speed of response
Poise in their English proficiency or style of speaking would be an added advantage
High Energy, Confidence with a decent conversational ability

Additional Skills Required:-

Knowledge on how to connect laptop or desktop over Wi-FI.
How to configure a Router
Understanding of DNS & Telnet
Knowledge on VOIP, Hot spot connection
Knowledge on mobile number portability (port in/port out)
Knowledge on Selfcare, USSD, IVR and so on
Knowledge on SMS centre number, PIN/PUK etc

As the main Tech Support Advisor you will:-

Troubleshooting for issues like internet not working, network selection ie: restarting phone, GPRS settings, turning Mobile data on (on generic phones), roaming, connecting to Wi-FI
