Job Description
Urgent opening for HR Executive in Food Industry @ Delhi LocationExperience - 3 to 4 Years in HR Generalist
Salary - 18,000 to 20,000 per month gross
Qualification - B.B.A / MBA / Graduate/HR-related
Male Candidate Only
Job Profile
Training new or existing employees.
Reviewing resumes and applications.
Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.
Overall responsibility for payroll Processing and administration.
Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus etc.
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
Knowledge of statutory compliances for PF withdrawal, annual returns, factory license, labour law and record information on a timely basis.
maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
