Coordinate and administer telecommunications activities Confer with business units to determine phone system needs, to establish project priority, and to assist with resolution of telecommunication problems Participate in IT teams to evaluate phone hardware and software requirements Perform analysis of needs and contribute to the design of phone architecture, integration, and installation Responsible for all company telecom, phone, faxes, fax servers and phone switches Understanding, knowledge, and experience with Cisco telephony architecture including PBX, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection and Cisco Unified Contact Center. Understanding, knowledge, and experience with video, voice and content collaboration and communication solutions. Understanding, knowledge, and experience with BlackBerry and EMM solutions Understanding and knowledge of voice recording and dialler software Administer programming and support for all moves and changes required on Cisco switches and VoIP Support document and support of all telephony disaster recovery for all client sites Assist and maintain documentation for the phone network and IT related support Assist and maintain a formal system of evaluating all telephone systems and materials used to maintain them Access management and CCTV expertise a plus
