  • Candidate should be open to Shift
  • Candidate should be conduct daily/weekly Transaction Quality Audits
  • Candidate should be handling Drive Quality process improvement initiatives and providing meaningful feedbacks.
  • Candidate must be on excellent hands on skills to get into the process deeply & ability to identify the gaps and suggest improvement plans to business
  • Candidate should have a sound knowledge of MIS and reporting activities stressing over backend
  • Candidate should be able to handle client interaction (on calls or in person)
  • Candidate should be open to work from Office.
