Job Description
Assistant Manager User Experience Designer
In this role we are seeking a creative, thoughtful, and customer-obsessed user experience designer to help us design real-life usability concepts that create value
Responsibilities
Drive User Experience practice with clear strategy of execution across Genome product.
Collaborate with Business, Channel Manager SPOCs along with IT PMO/ SPOCs to gather, understand and document the requirement as in BRD
Participate in design workshop with business, create wireframes and set up walk through/ reviews with respective business for final approval for the UI
Work with UI SPOC and make sure the frontends are coded as per agreed Wireframes with businesses.
Churn all designs required for frontend using Adobe products Photoshop, Illustrator, XD
Qualifications we seek in you
Good communications skills to work with global teams.
Graduate in any stream, with relevant experience
A great online portfolio that showcases multiple types of projects and solutions that you have had direct work within and can explicitly demonstrate your contributions
Preferred skills
Relevant years of professional experience in the experience design field
A tireless desire to learn driven by curiosity
A great collaborative attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in UX design tools such as Axure, Sketch or Adobe XD, as well as MS office tools
Ability to prototype your ideas with fresh thinking
Understanding of basic research techniques
Ability to clearly articulate your point of view utilizing visual storytelling
A burning passion for art and science
Visual design sensibility is preferred
