Responsibilities
Drive reviews with other key stakeholders ensuring the platform is aligned to business and compliance needs of the
organization.
Needs to manage relationship and resolve dispute if any between internal stakeholders and drive message across BU
leaders.

Drive Service improvement projects across in partnership with internal and partner teams.

Beyond trust smart rules to onboard systems.
Access policies, connection profiles configuration.
User onboarding to BT.
Onboarding of different types of systems to BT i.e., windows, Linux, network device, databases, web application.
Troubleshooting experience of BT session and password management.
Auto IT Script knowledge.
Multi domain Active directory integration to BT.
Windows terminal server concepts.
24/7 Operational support
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject
Relevant work experience on Identity and Access Management Technologies with focus on driving adoption, improve business delivery across verticals.
Experience in Installation, configuration and troubleshooting knowledge on different password safe technologies and versions
Extensive experience on configuration, optimization, hardening, auditing, and automation
Standard Operating Procedures and Policies pertaining to PAM
Lead and guide the team with industry best practices for solving Privileged Access management
Develop standards and approaches to enable seamless and secure integration of PAM solutions
PAM competency and integration with core security capability like IDM, AD, MFA, SIEM and incident response toolsets
Technical experience integrating, developing, automating security systems
Implementing Segregation of Duties strategies and process changes
Identifying opportunities for remediation within existing applications to enable conformance to least privilege principles
Identify continuous improvement opportunities, working towards automation initiatives
Self-sufficient within the context of the role and scope with confidence to work independently and take responsibility for own development
Master in Identity, Access and Privileged Access Management concepts and capability across Authentication, Authorization, and Governance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in driving adoption of the platform and drive business value by interacting with HR / Finance / IT leadership teams.
Exposure in Identity & Access Management preferably in OIM, OKTA, SailPoint, Governance platform, PAM.
Knowledge on integration with standard Target systems like Active Directory, Mail systems, Applications, Unix systems for provisioning
Understanding of SCIM connectors or scripting.
Flexible to accommodate time-zones as teams are geographically dispersed
Knowledge on PAM Platform Beyond Trust
Basic Knowledge in application platforms like Tomcat, WebLogic, SOA, HTTP, PowerShell, Auto IT Scripting, IIS will be
added advantage
Knowledge of Active Directory
