Job Description
HGS is Hiring for International HRO Support Voice Process for Bangalores TOP Most MNC
Process (Voice) - US Shift
JD for HRO End to End support for US Immediate joiners only.
- Salary-Freshers 25000 CTC & Exp- Up to 40000 CTC
- Experience: 1- 3 years
- Contract duration3 months to start with, will get extended depending upon performance and business needs
- Shift timings : Night Shift ( US SHIFT)
3 shifts currently ( 5.30PM to 3 AM/ 7.30PM to 4AM & 9PM to 6.30AM)
Rotational Shifts & Offs
- Work Mode : work from office
- Qualification : Degree Graduate and Undergraduates with Experience
- Preferable Candidates:
- Experience in Recruitment & Recruitment Admin, Interview scheduling, Offer letter creation. Experience in managing requisitions, Conduct Sourcing, screening of profile, Intake discussion with hiring managers and interviewing candidates (International Voice experiences are also eligible but they should be ready to work in Recruitment)
- Experience in managing requisitions, Conduct Sourcing, screening of profile, Intake discussion with hiring managers
- Good oral and written communication skills. Should be able to converse with the candidates and explain the job roles to the candidates.
- Interview process
CD round, & Ops interviews, Versant (55 and above),
Client Requirements:

- Candidate should be ready to work on weekends
- Week offs will be on weekends
- Immediate joiners only
