We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President PMO/ Business Operations

Responsibilities

  • Overall Resource management
    • Hiring
    • Skill development/ Cross-training of resources
    • Workforce planning/ Forecasting.
  • Tracking of resources in the Team, Allocation & Bench tracking. Implement initiatives for optimized resource usage.
  • Serving as a liaison between Hiring Team and Professional Services team, ensuring smooth onboarding of resources in Genpact.
  • Tracking & managing initiatives in the team, liaising with multiple internal stakeholders for the initiatives.
  • Serve as the Communications Lead for the team
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings related to key initiatives.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Analysis, documentation & communication of key data to help in decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
  • Relevant experience in business Operations, Talent / Resource management or related fields.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Preferred qualifications

  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
