Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Project Manager
We are looking for a candidate who can drive a strategic company level initiative cutting across verticals, lines of business and geographies with direct top/bottom line impact to Genpact.
The purpose of this role is to build of a new muscle with objective to drive Value based Pricing in Genpact. This individual will lead / project manage and execute a company-wide program, while working with senior leaders.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will be responsible to:
- Conceptualize & building new thinking on Value based pricing . This includes 2 programs (Value Share + Alternative Commercial Models)
- Establishing strong governance and rigor to drive organization wide change management
- Lead special initiatives/programs to drive embedment in DNA at grassroot level
- Closely work with external partners in designing and implementing the operating model of the future
- Works with COOs, Finance, Vertical Leaders, Sales Leaders for driving Value based pricing concepts in opportunities
- Work with COOs and Finance to ensure appropriate execution and delivery on such opportunities
- Enabling embedment of the new thinking in overall G s strategy
- Assimilate best practices and help speed up implementation of the margin improvement program

- MBA

- Excellent communication and executive presence to connect at CXO level
- Ability to assimilate learning from different external and internal interactions to then drive to action
- Strategic Thinker- Ability to create and defend point of view / frameworks
- Strong project management skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong quantitative abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High tolerance to ambiguity
- Good team player, collaborative, high energy, good work ethic
- Good understanding of company s financial metrics
- Stakeholder management and team management
