Are you the one we are looking for
Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Transitions & Projects
In this role, you shall be responsible for managing and driving End to End IT Transition Management for External Clients of the Organization in the IT Infrastructure
You shall be expected to carry out Implementations of Solution designs and project management for internal and external projects.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the technology solutions and IT infrastructure delivery for the assigned Projects/assignment
Manage multiple customers internal or external
Responsible for contributing Productivity targets
Drive Productivity Initiatives in the Organization
Relationship management - interface with business stakeholders
Support all transitions and business migration
Support Business for IT solution presentations
Working on IT Pricing /Budgets
Ensuring Project Delivery as per Project management methodology
Understand Genpact IT infra landscape and strategy
Familiarize with Pricing
Understand Genpact offerings that can be customized to meet customer requirements
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
B-Tech, MCA, or MBA IT from a reputed university
Rich Experience in Project Management in the IT infrastructure domain
Sound knowledge of Network, Voice, server, storage, etc
Experience managing IT infrastructure projects (Network/Telecom/ Server compute)
Preferred qualifications
PMP or Prince2 certification
Relevant experience in IT Transition/Project management
