Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, C#
In this role you have we will function as a developer with backend service lines and delivery to ensure accurate solution design, cost and fitment
Responsibilities- To handle interactions at all levels of the organization and with external clients.
- Detail the programs developed, associated logic, coding and corrections.
- Candidate will be working with SMEs, Business Analyst, module developers & Users complete end-to-end SDLC for Capital Market Client.
- Additional responsibilities shall include contributing in designing and detailing of the software architecture based on existing architecture and inputs received from Client from time to time.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing and UAT as and when required. Also, engage with Client in requirement gathering, Status update on work, UAT and be the key partner in the overall engagement.
- Mentoring and coaching of graduate staff.
- Seek and resolve production problems with new insights
- Regular interaction (in person, email and over phone) with business and technical partners locally and globally for status update, requirement discussions, discussion around solution/approach etc
- Coordinate software system installation and supervise equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met
Minimum qualifications
- BE/MBA/M.Tech/MCA
- Strong Communication & Analytical Skills
- Strong knowledge of C, C#, C++, .Net, Web
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and social skills
- Should have expertise and experience on Pro*C and Unix Shell scripting, CRON job & SQL, PL/SQL.
- Should be able to work independently.
- Client interaction skill.
- Ability to work in a professional manner, be flexible and Proactive, organized, and motivated.
- Knowledge of SQL & PL/SQL.
