Job Description
Desired Candidate Profile
Citrix Administration
Designing supporting and implementing a range of virtualization products Citrix XenApp XenDesktop 6 x 7 x Director PVS MCS Storefront Web interface APPDNA Delivery Controllers Citrix NetScalers physical and virtual Microsoft Terminal Services.
Perform all aspects of Level 3 Citrix support activities on global Citrix Infrastructure Which includes capacity planning monitoring and performance tuning
Experience working on Citrix deployment and Security & Management along with expertise in Citrix
Hands-on knowledge on user administration (performance tuning of Citrix) along with Infrastructure team to coordinate updates and patches
Experience on implementation and troubleshooting skills of Citrix NetScaler (Access Gateway, Load Balancing) and XenApp/XenDesktop 7.12 to 7.18 suite.
Azure Administrator:
Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions.
Install, configure, administrate, manage, and support Azure compute instances, Azure Backup, Azure Storage Monitor, snapshot, Azure Storage.
Managing cloud infrastructure in a production environment to ensure high availability and reliability.
Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure with design and deployment of cloud infrastructure
Experience with moving on-premise applications and workloads onto a cloud platform
Knowledge and understanding of core Microsoft technologies and services including:
Azure Cloud Services
-Monitoring cloud based solution cost/Single Sign On (SSO)/Azure AD/Azure back-up and restore/Azure Site Recovery/Deploy and manage Azure resources
Azure Storage
-Securing data against unauthorized access
-Backing up data and making it efficient to restore when needed
-Configuring long-term archival storage to maintain corporate compliance
Windows Administration:
Install, configure, tune, maintain, and monitor Windows 2012/2016/2019 Enterprise server
Troubleshoot Wintel systems with remote technology such as iDRAC and RDP
Knowledge on File servers/DFS and Windows Server Admin within an AD environment
Use monitoring tools (such as SolarWinds) to oversee multiple Wintel systems operating within a defined support operations area
