REQUIRED Skills and Experience:
3+ years in the IT or ITES industry in Application development.
Strong .NET application development knowledge using OOPs and Visual Studio.
Should possess good knowledge in app development using ASP.NET, WebServices, WCF and ADO.NET.
Hands on experience in SQL/Oracle.
Very strong interpersonal and communications skills (including oral, written as well as listening proficiency).
Strong issue resolution and conflict resolutions skills.
Strong data analysis skills and ability to solve complex problems independently and to generate innovative solutions.
Work with Business/Analysts/product Managers on gathering requirements.
Experience in Agile software development.
PREFERRED Skills and Experience :
Experience in using MS office products.
Experience in deployment tools like Jenkins, Rundeck or any other tool is preferred.
Experience in working in a geographically distributed development team.
Participate in Meetings and discussion specific to the project.
Effectively manage day-to-day tasks/activities in coordination with a team of developers to effectively meet the deliverables and schedule of a data solution component within a larger application project.
Lend support to various business, technology and support teams as necessary during design, development and delivery to ensure solid, scalable, robust solutions.
