Position Title: ServiceNow Developer 

Location:Chennai

Technical Skills: ServiceNow - ITSM, REST & SOAP API Integrations, Service Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM

Duration of Assignment (Choose one):

Experience range: 5 to 7 years

Qualification or certifications: ServiceNow Developer

Position Specifications: Desired Competencies (Technical)

Must-Have/Mandatory

• Expertise in implementing ITSM Suite (Incident, Change, Release, Problem), Service Catalog, Service Portal.
• Expertise in customising ServiceNow tool using Business rules, Clients Scripts, Script includes
• Strong experience in implementing custom dashboards/integrating reporting tools and CRM apps
• Experience in implementing discovery, service mapping suite.
• Experience in integrating third party applications using REST/SOAP methodologies
• Proficient with ITIL processes like incident, change and configuration management
• Experience in designing the solutions for complex requirements spread across multiple modules in ServiceNow
• Experience in Service mapping implementation
• Experience in AngularJS, JSON
• Experience in implementing Common data service model.
• Experience in writing custom patterns for Discovery and Service Mapping
• Excellent communication skill.

Good-to-Have/Desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize ITSM, Reporting/Dashboards modules in ServiceNow.

• Integration with third parties using ServiceNOW plugins, REST/SOAP APIs.

• Creation of Knowledge documents and end user trainings.
