Desired Candidate Profile

Wipro is hiring for Sr. Software Engineer, Gurgaon

Automation portfolio who would be responsible for Infra support, Ticket triaging and managing the robotic inventory. Considering the scale of expansion of new processes going live.
2-5 years of experience on Windows server maintenance and support.
Proficiency in setting up IIS, web applications Application Pools/Virtual directory/hosting of applications and good experience of Citrix environment.
Experience in windows troubleshooting, administration and shell scripting. Good knowledge on APM tools especially New relic.
Diagnose, resolve or escalate issues relating to hardware, software, connectivity and windows patches for VM's/VDI's.
Knowledge on Redis and Linux server; as well as log Monitoring tools like WireShark/Fiddler - Good to have.
Experience in windows servers migration and disaster recovery activities.
