We are Hiring for Team Lead - CRMD
Vertical CREDIT RISK MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT Managerial Responsibilities To manage and supervise officers for tasks assigned to credit risk - identification, measurement, monitoring & control and risk mitigation. Functional Responsibilities To report to AGM (CRMD) for establishing a congenial environment for augmenting credit with quality, operating under a sound credit granting process, maintaining an efficient credit administration, measurement and monitoring process. Revenue Responsibilities Nil Qualification needed Graduate with competency in Risk Management having at least 5 years relevant experience in banking industry. Min Experience 5 years Max Experience 15 Years Competencies required for role The role is responsible for Ensure timely and accurate delivery of credit risk reports. Interpret the information and suggest actions for consideration by senior management. Assist AGM- CRMD/CRO in carrying out the responsibilities pertaining to Board and RMC which includes preparation of information pack and responding to data/analytical request from the committee. Assist AGM- CRMD/CRO in enhancement and review of various credit risk management policies in order to ensure that these reflect the best practice and regulate the risk assets of the bank as directed by the board. Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of credit risk management information to various stakeholders. Ensuring that sound credit risk measurement and monitoring frameworks are developed and implemented through the organisation. Issuing credit risk vetting report within allowed TAT to enable business and processing team to put up loan proposals for sanction. Representing risk department in various executive forum as and when directed by CRO. Thorough analysis of financial statements and credit process notes put up by the business team including new requests, change request and refinancing. Confirming the Internal Credit Risk Rating of borrower as per CRM policy of the bank Scrutinizing risk vetting reports prepared by risk analysts, based on the credit process note and submit to the lead credit risk/ Head Credit Risk Keep up to date with the companys lending protocols
