Job Profile:

The Business Manager has the responsibility of driving sales and achieving the sales target for the assigned bank branches

Relationship Management

The Bank is the key customer of the Business Manager and he has to engage an open and trusting relationship with the Branch Managers/officers/staff

Engage the employees of the bank branches in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance, JV Companys product offerings and understand their issues/ concerns about selling insurance (if any)

Ensure that all service requirements are met, medicals facilitated, and customers are satisfied.

Lead Generation

All lead generation initiatives from the bank whether through walk-in, data-mining, referrals, and others.

Candidate profile:

Experience: 2+ years In Insurance / Banking / Finance / FMCG / NBFC / Pharma Sales

CTC: Upto 3.50 LPA

Two wheeler with valid driving license.

Experience letter from previous organisation.
