We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
NTTDATA are looking for candidate who can work on improving the landscape and help deliver a modern data platform using Snowflake & Talend ETL. NTTDATA are seeking a passionate Talend expert to join their team and take ownership of the Talend Data Architecture.
Working with the Data Lead, Data Delivery and Infrastructure / DevOps functions, as the Talend Data SME/Lead you'll ensure that the Talend Data Platforms are delivered and optimised to meet the client's performance and reliability demands.
As a Talend Data Lead you will collaborate with business stakeholders to define the Talend Developments including developments solutions on Cloud. You'll work with Engineers to build highly resilient and performant data pipelines for Talend Cloud based solutions, migrating the ETL functionality from the existing Data Integration tool. You'll own the Technical Lead of the Talend data integration tool defining best practice conducting training on the best usage of Talend leading performance optimisation activities on Talend and define the Talend platform solution strategic roadmap. You'll provide technical expertise and have a great deal of influence in this senior, hands-on position.
Requirements & Experience:

• Demonstrated knowledge of modern data solutions
• Strong source to target mapping experience and ETL principles/knowledge
• Prior experience as a senior data technical lead or similar is required.
• Strong experience of designing, developing, and building Talend ETL pipelines
• Good knowledge of SQL with the ability to query multiple databases
• Expert level knowledge of Talend Data Fabric data integration / ETL platform/ Talend Data Catalog and Talend GitLab/ Code management best practices.
• Good knowledge of data integration best practices, data security best practices, troubleshooting and usage
• Understanding of a Cloud environment (ideally Snowflake & AWS)
• Participate in data strategy and road map exercises, data architecture definition, business intelligence/data warehouse solution and platform selection, design and blueprinting, and implementation.
• Work through all stages of a data solution life cycle: analyse/profile data, create conceptual, logical & physical data model designs, architect, and design ETL, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Lead source to target mapping, define interface process and standards, and implement the standards
• Develop and implement proactive monitoring and alert mechanism for data issues.
• Collaborate with other workstream leads to ensure the overall developments are in sync
• Guide, influence, and mentor junior members of the team
• Ideally experience working in mixed onshore/ offshore teams
