Designation : International Technical Voice Process and international customer support in US/ Aus shift. / Dayshift
Job Role: Provide Support to the International Customers, issues related BPO voice technical support Communication Skills Customer Support
Location: BDC7, Bangalore.
Requirements
Qualification-
Any Graduate/undergraduate can Apply (Be, B.Tech, dipmola,puc,Technical course will get preferable)
Skill Set-
Candidate Needs to comfortable With early morning shift and Rotational week off.
Minimum 1-4 years work experience in International Bpo, Technical support Voice, Customer Support, International Voice process.
Candidate Needs to comfortable with WFO also .
Good Knowledge in Customer Problem solving Over the calls.
Basic Technical Knowledge.
Telecom process experience candidate will get preferable.
Only Immediate Joiner are eligible
CTC- 30000/ Months +Others.
Shift- US / Dayshift
5 days working days and 2 days rotational week off.
