Inbound Process -Customer Services
Job RoleMainly work on the service requests of existing customers
Nature of majority requests coming in are for claim settlement
Cross sales
should have the zeal to service customers in inbound calling set up
Insurance background preferred
CriteriaGraduation must
Not more than 30 years
Salary Range: upto 3.30 (Max to be hired at E1 grade= 330000) (18000 to 22000 in hand)
Annual Performance Bonus (based on achievement)
Skills RequiredExcellent command of English
The candidate has to be more empathetic
Interview Process2 round of interviews on the same day
Work Shifts7 am to 9 pm
6 days a week
1 Day Rotational Off
