The Opportunity
The primary role of an ISM is to drive & generate revenue for his/her designated region/product line. ISM will work independently to drive revenue on inbound calls and chats. While customer acquisition & revenue generation being the primary KRA's for this role, this role would also involve relationship management with key customers, a blueprint for region/territory or accounts, developing & executing growth strategies for existing/new accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Adobe Inbound Sales Manager is accountable for revenue opportunities for the business unit working on inbound sales inquiries on phone calls and chat. Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities
- Handling incoming queries and Build good client relationships and ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the accurate decision-makers and understanding their requirements.
- Run & maintain SLAs like AHT, login hours, attendance, daily call target, etc. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Achieve weekly, Monthly & Quarterly targets for conversion rate and revenue.
- Generate incremental revenue from the existing client by selling additional products and services
- Handles existing customer relationships & provides appropriate support. Provide excellent customer experience, which is the key to get repeat business
- Prepare and present tailored presentations/proposals to clients based on their objectives.
- Develop strong, strategic relationships with customers to identify and demonstrate the customers business goals, growth strategies, and profit drivers to deliver the appropriate Adobe value proposition/sales solution strategy.
Product Knowledge
- Proficient with Adobe solutions/products that they will be accountable for a position or sell. They should proactively take time out periodically to update/appraise on the new Adobe Solutions offering and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the driven positioning of assigned Adobe solutions in the marketplace.
What you need to succeed:
- An ideal candidate should be PASSIONATE about inside sales as a profession & a believer in the ideology that inside sales are the present & future of sales with a proven track record of selling to customers end to end.
- Highly energetic Inside Sales Representative who consistently exceeds revenue goals. Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills. Diligently follows up with all leads to drive new business.
- Should be experienced between 2-6 years of Sales/Inside Sales/Telesales/ Account management role/upselling in customer service.
- Proficient with corporate efficiency and web presentation tools with excellent verbal and written communications skills, Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
- Should have good oratory & presentation skills and a typing speed of 35+ WPM
- Should be a multitasker and comfortable switching between phone and chat to address customer queries. Should possess a sound understanding of the sales cycle / Inside Sales model and consultative selling approach.
