To develop a strong network of Kirana merchants in his area of work by creating a strong team who will be doing the

onboarding, developing the relations, providing them the excellent service by visiting them on a regular interval in

order to generate the business as per the potential of the territory by keeping the cost under control. Thus, delivering

on the business KPIs. Also, to directly & indirectly handle a team of over 300 employees and be solely responsible for

all the decisions pertaining to the city.


Roles and Responsibilities


1. Business development -


Sales - Kirana/HoReCa/JSK & Institution Onboarding - Kirana/HoReCa/JSK & Institution Collection of the dues from credit customers Margin driving EBIDTA

2. Develop Customer service capabilities On time delivery of the full order NPS Score

3. People Management Filling of all the vacant positions in the City Retention of key talent (Attrition) People development - building skills Diverse field force Team Members should feel we value their growth & development


Desired Candidate Profile


Education - MBA (with BE Preferred)


Experience 12-19 years


Age Group - 30 - 38 years


Skills


a) Leadership skills and ability to manage team b) Planning, Sales and Service Orientation c) Relationship Management d) Outcome orientation and passion to drive

d) Good Analytical skills f) Excellent Communication skills


Location - Kerala : Kozhikode, Kannur, Kollam, Thrissur, Mallapuram

Karnataka : Belguam, Mandya, Gulburga, Mangalore
