Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for end-end project management & installation services of Shower enclosures, uPVC Windows, Kitchen shutters and other building materials which company introduces in the market.
2. Responsible for project forecasting on material requirement and manpower planning.
3. Deploying the right resources at the site as per the project requirement.
4. Escalation management: Providing resolution to customer escalations by coordinating with internal stakeholders and ensure that the issue resolved with the TAT.
5. Accompany with sales team on the critical site meetings with key influencers to provide inputs/clarity on project execution.
6. Coordination with SG factories and SG assured processors for ensuring timely supplies.
7. Managing Authorized service partners for on-time and quality delivery of work.
8. Site measurements, Pre-site inspection survey, Post installation services, CAPA of Site premises.
9. Project Validation, handover and getting completion certificate from the customer and collecting testimonials too.
10. Channel Partner management (Optional).
11. Installer and Channel Partner training on product and installation process.
12. Daily Project tracking and weekly MIS update on the work progress.
13. Installer rating analysis, TAT analysis with site mapping.
Desired Candidate Profile
Note:- Facade/ UPVC Window Installation experience in MUST
Diploma/ B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engg. with minimum 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in building material industry, from reputed institution.
Expertise in Project management PMP certification will be preferred.
Providing Technical inputs
Experience in Installation services - Planning, Installer management, Site Survey and measurements
Certification of Installation activities
