#Job Description

• The ideal candidate will need the ability to understand both requirement & application and have an analytical approach to business challenges. Candidate will work on mainframe based application support and enhancement project where he/she will directly deals with live system. He/she will involve in working on production issues using Service-Now tickets. Candidate will also involve on various enhancement and development projects.

#Roles & Responsibilities

• Strong experience working in Mainframes
• Strong experience in Development and Design using COBOL, JCL, IMS-DB,DC, SAS Programming, DB2, VSAM
• Strong experience in Supporting Production Issues
• Experience in working on fixing urgent production issues
• Experience in executing Mainframe/other batches in the lower environments per requests from Projects
• Experience in troubleshooting and supporting Production Batches
• Experience in maintaining the existing batches in Production and Non-Production Environments
• Debug, Analyze and fix Batch issues in Production and Lower Environments by looking into the Program Code
• Able to work individually on production enhancement request using COBOL, JCL, IMS & SAS
• Quick learner and problem solver
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Able to organize and work independently
