Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities - Address and resolve various type of customer queries related to the product or services


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to understand customers issue and point of view and answering his queries accordingly Graduate with excellent fluency in English and Hindi
  • Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in Customer Support
  • Knowledge of Customer Support tools
  • Manage and resolve variety of customer requests
  • Respond to email tickets, online chat or phone calls to help resolve customer issues
  • Educate customer about product features and assist in troubleshooting the issue related to it
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and provide feedbacks and inputs to relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze data and present trends to internal stakeholders
  • Out call Customers for resolution and close looping of email and chat


Perks and Benefits

Salary - Upto 3 LPA

Shifts - 8 AM to 5 PM and 11 AM to 8 PM

Process - Customer Service (Inbound/Outbound/Email) need to

Qualification - Any Graduates, Post Graduate
