Roles and Responsibilities - Address and resolve various type of customer queries related to the product or services
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to understand customers issue and point of view and answering his queries accordingly Graduate with excellent fluency in English and Hindi
- Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in Customer Support
- Knowledge of Customer Support tools
- Manage and resolve variety of customer requests
- Respond to email tickets, online chat or phone calls to help resolve customer issues
- Educate customer about product features and assist in troubleshooting the issue related to it
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and provide feedbacks and inputs to relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze data and present trends to internal stakeholders
- Out call Customers for resolution and close looping of email and chat

Shifts - 8 AM to 5 PM and 11 AM to 8 PM
