Job Responsibilities

This position is responsible to perform the following activities:

• Able to Present status report to stakeholders.

• Able to coordinate/schedule meetings within team, developer s teams and with stakeholders.

• Able to explain technical terms to stakeholders.

• Able to pass the stakeholders expectations to the team.

• Able to promptly response to customer emails

• Able to login into salesforce and validate the user s issue.

• Able to coordinate different development teams and collate the response to share with stakeholders.

• Able to raise the ticket as per requirement.

• Understanding of Service now ticketing system and basic understanding of code releases.

• Able to read SOP and perform desired actions as per business requirement.

• Basic Excel knowledge.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education

• B. Tech. / M.C.A.

• Approx. 5 years .

Knowledge and skills (general and technical)

• Salesforce Production Experience.

• Salesforce (Service Cloud / Sales Cloud).

• Understanding of service now ticketing tool.

• Coordination management

Preferred any one of the certification

• Salesforce Platform developer 1

• Salesforce Admin 201
