Job Description
- Conceptualize, and design MIS system for various programs in the organization
- Develop the data collection tools and reports for the program monitoring
- Develop data quality control system for program monitoring and hold it in routine data collection system.
- Conceptualize and design new software development required for program monitoring and data utilization by various departments
- Coordinate with program teams and explore additional requirement of MIS development and then digitalize it.
- Hold and track the software developments in progress in coordination with program and software development agency
- Hold software testing after the development and any amendments in the system
- Coordinate for training on software under testing and ready to use.
- Develop manual and SoPs for use of software and other MIS processes.
- Real time data entry and quality monitoring on the software.
- Maintain data hygiene of the program monitoring on the software.
- Extract data from the software and program MIS as and when it is required by any team members of the organization.
- Hold periodical program reviews and bring more insights to the program.
- Maintain logs of development process and communicate to the supervisor.
- Bring new ideas and innovations in the technological field for quality data capture, accessibility and utilization.
- Other related tasks assigned by the supervisor

- Good understanding of software development and follow up process
- Experience in database management
- A good hold on data quality control
- Experience in working with children
- Proven writing and communication skills in English
