Incumbent will be responsible for end to end transformation projects in the customer support / customer service domain for Clients in the International geographies primarily in the service sector. Roles and Responsibilities:
Candidate should have 10 +yrs of experience in business transformation in customer service.
Candidate should have good team handling exposure.
Candidate with GB/BB/ Lean certification is preferred.
Candidate should be flexible to work with shifts.
Candidate should possess excellent communication Skills
