Strong in experience in ServiceNow (HRSM / HRSD) implementations and optimizations.
Good experience in the delivery and implementation of at least one ServiceNow HRSD core module.
Experience developing detailed implementation plans in ServiceNow.
Knowledge of HR functions processes and best practices.
Experience in Project Management.
Configuration/Customization of the Service Now system including creating workflows.
Hands-on design development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
Performs integrations and process automation using Agile/ Soup UI .
Should have good communication .
