Job Description
- Work Experience 5 to 10 years relevant work experience in Quality Assurance with strong background in Functional (Manual), Mobile Testing and hands-on Automation tools
- Good understanding on Health care domain and applications
- Strong communications and client facing skills
- Thorough in effort estimations and negotiations
Major Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify test requirements from specifications, map test requirements and design test coverage plan.
- Functional & Mobile tester to execute and evaluate manual & mobile test cases and report test results.
- Good Knowledge on Test plan preparation
- Initiate tests, analyze results, and find solutions to technical problems.
- Verify defect fixes.
- Good knowledge on Web based applications testing, iOS & Android platforms (Build Installation, Build Verifications and Validations).
- Identify & escalate potential quality issues.
- Work with team members to discuss test results and identify areas for improvement.
- Execute tests and identify, communicate and track issues to closure.
- Good Knowledge on Agile testing process.
- Good Knowledge on JIRA, and HP ALM.
- Good experience on Agile Methodology
- Communicate with multiple teams (business analysts, architects and developers) regarding status, issues and risks on a timely basis. Identify, mitigate and drive project issues and risks to resolution.
- Assist business users in defining User Acceptance Testing, test cases and plans
- Actively participate in walk-through, inspection, review and user group meetings for quality assurance
- Extensive experience in skills Best Practices, Task Estimation, Root Cause Analysis, Risk Identification.
- Able to complete project assignments independently as well as a team player.
- Consult with the business team and teammates to identify all facets of an issue and generate a solution. Excellent conceptualization, analytical and logic skills

- Experience working on Agile projects
