Creates design documents that ensure consistency in Solutioning across the Engineering organization.
Responsible to create Engineering architecture to ensure that solutions are built within a consistent framework.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Sales and other CFTs.
Create BOQ along with discussion with Vendor for Contact Center and 3rd party solutions like WFO, CRM Connector etc.
Lab testing for features/functionality/interoperability and testing of 3rd party solutions integration like Recording as well as any other Custom solutions
Provide L4 support to Operations for any design or repeated issues which needs Engineering intervention.
Assist in RFP responses with review of detailed technical solution provided by Solution Engineers.
Participate in discussions for customer requirement gathering, provide detailed solution overview of Contact Center offering including 3rd party solutions and managed services support framework.
To design solution for IVR, ACD, Dialer, CTI, Multimedia, CRM Integrations, Customized Reporting, Recording, QM, Speech Analytics, WFM, monitoring, MPLS Network inputs and Bandwidth considerations.
Conduct POC, demo as per the customer requirements, design migration plans and support project management for generating project implementation plans.
Support Presales Team Product, BDM, Solution Architect for engineering support.
Assist Delivery team for Customer Onboarding incase of any new features or complex solutions.
Create Solution Design considering Regulatory aspects across various geographies.
