Job Description

We are hiring for LEAD HR for one of fastest growing food chains in Mumbai, having employee strength of 100 and expanding to 500 by coming year. Company has recently raised 1.6M$ in seed capital.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Onboarding and FnF of employees (managing and Issuing Offer letters, Appointment letters etc)
Managing Payroll internally and PF, ESIC etc with consultant
Hiring chefs, and managers for cloud kitchen operations with speed (hence food industry experience at leading brands is very important)
Policy setting and implementation (Overtime, attendance, leave etc) & grievance handling
Improving employee happiness and reducing attrition
Creating optimal Salary Structures, Deductions, and handling PF with our consultants

Location: Mumbai ( Work from Office)

CTC; upto 9L

Max age : 35 years.
