Inviting applications for the role of Project Resource
This position will lead various projects in the planning space utilizing lean, six sigma, digital/analytics transformation, etc., and drive business impact for our client and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Interact with Client & SCM team for understanding Key business Priorities and Opportunity identification
Work with SCM team to bring efficiency in daily operations
Identify of gaps and drive transformation improvements in planning processes
Develop and Execute Key Process Excellence, Automation & Digital Transformational Project Roadmaps for the aligned businesses to deliver productivity, customer experience and other P&L impacts, as agreed with the business
Lead High Impact Projects utilizing techniques like Lean, Six Sigma, Automation, Transformation, Process Standardization, Metric Movement etc
Search for projects implemented in other regions/clients and look for the opportunity to replicate
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Experience in Planning areas such as Forecasting & Demand Planning, MPS Planning, Capacity Planning, Production Scheduling, Import & 3PM Planning, Inventory management, Service level management.
Excellent Project Management & Administration experience Designing and driving small to large scale improvement & transformation projects
Excellent Problem Solving & Analytical bent of mindset
Lean & Six Sigma Trained, Tested, Certified
Awareness on Automation + Robotics + Other digital technologies
Technology/ Digital / Automation awareness - Ability to come up with creative solutions to address customer needs
Ability to engage effectively with Senior Leadership, Customers, and people from all levels of the organization
Needs Excellent Client Communication Skills
Preferred qualifications
Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency
Critical thinking & accountability
Good Leadership, consultative & partnering skills required
