We're Opening for Sr IT helpdesk coordinator ll Delhi
Roles & Responsibilities :-

Basic IT infra knowledge, Good communication skill, Asset Management, Ticketing, call handling, Vendor management, Roster, Stock Management, Good command in documentation and reporting, understanding of ISO/Ifosec and related documentation, Coordination with Team and ops, System allocations etc.
