Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets
Consistently build, track and handle a pipeline of opportunities in CRM, provide accurate forecasts, delight customers by exceeding inbound sales service levels
Prospecting by making outbound calls via various lead channels to nurture relationships and generate qualified sales leads
Leadership and Motivation Skills
Set Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team

Desired Candidate Profile

3-4 years of experience in Inside Sales or presales process, handling inbound and outbound calls with targets
Team handling experience (Must)
Excellent communication & reporting skills
Capable of learning on the fly
Exceptional business acumen, customer focus, listening skills, negotiating & influencing ability
Expert at lead management and consistently overachieves conversion targets from all the lead sources
