We are inviting applications for the role of Project Manager, TS Next Program

TS Next defines the functional components required to bring The Genpact Way to life. These are the critical enablers needed to apply our methodology across the wider organization consistently.
Responsibilities- Operates in a PMO environment, monitors, controls and reports status of the various project initiatives
- Creates project dashboard and program or project status reports for executive level representation
- Provides support on critical project deliverables across various project workstreams
- Support program-level change management process
- Operate and navigate cross functionally to make sure project goals are executed
- Interact with executive sponsors and key stakeholders on the various program initiatives
- Develop a plan for identifying, engaging, and communicating with stakeholders to set consistent expectation
- Facilitate and execute the delivery and implementation of project/program scope
- Ensure alignment and prioritization of projects with strategic direction and goals
- Responsible for providing timely communication to senior management and project teams
- Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders and drive resolution
- Oversees day-to-day management of projects, communications and priorities
- Lead/Participate in project discussions to bring best practices for solving problems
- Develop & maintain project mgmt. methodology (doc. templates, project phases, reporting & planning) for successful project delivery
- Bachelor s Degree
- Worked and managed large scale projects would be an added advantage PMP certification or equal is an advantage
- Change Management experience is an added advantage
- Good Excel/Presentation skills
- Ability to communicate to senior audience and present in concise manner. Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
- Eye for detail and quick response time
- Exceptional communication skills - ability to communicate at various levels with clarity & precision
- Interpersonal skills team builder, self-driven, minimal supervision, strategic thinker
- People skills
