Inviting applications for the role of Master Data Management
In this role, you will work as a Finance and Accounting Subject Matter Expert with rich experience in MDM process.
Responsibilities
1. Creation of PO in SAP / Oracle / Legacy ERP Systems
2.Create and maintain the Catalogues on the tool by studying the spend pattern and category characteristics
3. Identify products for punch-outs, co-ordinate with suppliers & stakeholders and implement
4. Analyze Client spend data for Indirect Spend Categories, understand patterns and recommend Catalogue conversion opportunities
5. Support in New Vendor Setups / Modifications
6. Creation and understanding of statement of work
7. Contract set up/maintenance in SAP / Oracle / Legacy ERP Systems
8. User administration for procurement tools. Granting and revoking accesses and managing permissions
9. Creating and updating training manuals for all procurement systems
10.Knowledge management for all training materials
11.New hire onboarding and induction
12.Conducting Training and certification for all employees
13.Liaise with tool suppliers for any permission issues
14. Helpdesk Queries related to Procurement from both internal/external customers
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
B.Com as Graduation
Relevant Experience
Preferred qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Knowledge of MS Office Applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Exposure to tools like Ariba / SAP / I-Source
Should have exposure to ERP platforms, preferably people soft
Should have strong understanding of Contract management and PR to PO process
