We are looking for Recruitment Executive with an passion for interacting with Candidates, knowing their needs and understanding their skill and experience. The Recruiter has to source and work on full cycle of recruitment for excellent clients of the consultancy.
Job Summary :
We are looking for an Executive recruiter to source candidates on behalf of our clients for highly specialized positions.
1. Develop and execute recruiting plans.
2. The goal is to exceed clients expectations and to add value to their business.
3. Maintain checklists, trackers, reports and follow up status.
4. Connecting with screened candidates over phone to explain them about position
Job Responsibilities :
Handling end to end recruitment process for Junior & senior management level.
sourcing through Job Portal
Communicating with every candidate and creating a good sense of understanding with the candidate
Post openings on internet, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Deriving Innovative Business Excellence models as per the Customer requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Interview candidates (via phone)
Required Experience, Qualifications and Skills :
1. Experience--: Freshers / 1years
2. Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's Degree or above with very good communication skills
Freshers are Welcome
Candidates with experience in recruitment will be preferred
Works intensely, is competitive, and ambitious; pushes for high standards of recruitment.
Willingness to learn and perform in the Recruitment and HR Industry.
