Job Description

Greetings of the day!!   We are looking to hire Head - Finance & Accounts with more than 15 years of experience for Masina Hospital. Brief JD as mentioned below:   In charge of overall Finance and Accounts
Report & Work closely with Managing Trustees
Controlling & supervising accounts payable & receivable
Controlling & supervising the open jobs, accruals & WIP.
Fund management
Liaison with internal teams for resolving different problems arises in day to day work flow.
Prepare MIS (P&L Account, Patient wise ALOS ARPOB & COST) for the unit
Tax Planning
Comprehensive understanding of both Direct and Indirect Taxes conceptually and procedurally.
Filing of Income tax, TDS and Service tax returns.
Handle GST Matters
Coordinate with the Big Four Audit Firms for Audit & Taxation.
Manage and liaise with the various departments and Government agencies.
Ensure Tax Compliance and Audit Completion.
Analysing Revenue and P&L statements, Budget & forecasting.
Attending & Managing Assessments proceedings in its entirety.
Ensure that the Companys procedures and policies are fully implemented at all times.
Assisting in other compliance and legal matters.
Monthly closing of the books of accounts of the Company.
Knowledge of Accounting, YE audits, drawing up financial statements, and experience in other finance functions would be an added advantage.
Any other task assigned by the management.   Skill Sets & Qualification : Qualified Chartered Accountant (C.A) with 15 years in Finance with major experience being in Hospital Industry.
