Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
Build an inbound marketing plan
Research and forecast future sales and performance trends

Lead, supervise and motivate members of the digital marketing team
Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Managing online brand and project campaigns to raise brand awareness.
Collaborate with agencies, publishers, ad-networks and other vendor partners.
Collaborate with internal brand teams to ensure content correction & sync on all web and mobile online platforms.
Desired Candidate:
At least 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager / Leader
Must have worked in B2C ecommerce domain
Preferable to have exposure to rural marketing
Familiar with financial planning and strategy
Familiarity with web design; Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Solid knowledge of analytics tools & ad managers (e.g. SEO, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Data Studio, FB Business Manager)
Strong technical skills as it applies to all aspects of search engine marketing, particularly SEO and SMM
Experience with display advertising and content marketing.
Experience with E-Commerce Platform (Mandatory)
Knowledge on latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Experience with rural digital marketing is Plus
Agriculture Domain Knowledge is Plus
Great interpersonal and communication skills
