We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, LSS Analyst
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying & analyzing GB project opportunity in existing processes where LSS methodologies can be implemented, Execute and assist in supervising LSS project
Responsibilities- Identify GB project Opportunity in the existing process
- Running of requirements gathering workshops with internal & external customers
- Analyzing and capturing requirements
- Detailing requirements
- Applying various LSS tools on GB qualified & approved project by Business Leader to achieve the desired efficiency gains and increased customer happiness
- Be able to assist in coordinating Program / Project Management activities for supervising the progress of a GB/MBB project at a time
Minimum qualifications
- Graduate/ Post Graduate MBA /B-Tech or any other fields with Analytical
- Relevant experience
- BPO / Shared service experience
- Must be flexible with work timings
- Has working knowledge of MS office
- GB certification
- F&A Domain Experience AP / R2R / AR
- Prior experience in having led projects Digital, LSS, Domain led, consulting, analytics, preferred
