Responsible for End to End recruitment process
To Understand the Manpower requirements, posting jobs in the various Job portals, sourcing resumes through various channels
Screening to ascertain competency candidates against Job description
Meeting candidates in person, telephonic or video conferencing to evaluate their qualification
Following up with candidates for interview scheduling.

Experience- 1+ Year to 10 years
